Shipping policy

 

Carriers:

All UK orders are shipped with royal mail. You can track your parcel at any time using your unique tracking number on royal mail  tracking page.

 

All international will be sent by local courier. We will cover duties and taxes except shipping fee.

 

• Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email with a link.
• International Delivery Times: Vary by destination, with an average of 3-7 working days.
• Customs Inspections: International shipments may be subject to inspections by customs authorities.

 

Effective August 29, 2025, the de minimis exemption for all international shipments sent to the U.S. is suspended, meaning duties and taxes now apply to all commercial imports valued at $800 or below.

• We do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security reasons.
• Dispatch times may increase during high-demand periods.
• If you find the following situations:
• Your package has not been delivered within the specified time;
• The tracking logistics information shows that the package has been delivered, but you haven't received it.
• Your package contains missing or incorrect items.
• For any issues related to orders, products and logistics. Please ensure to contact info@sijiasudio.com within 21 days after shipment to assist you in resolving them.
